2.2. Descriptions and prices of products are provided on the Store’s website.

2.3. Due to the handmade nature of the products, they may slightly differ from the images presented on the Store’s website.

3. Placing Orders

3.1. Orders can be placed through the Store’s website.

3.2. Order confirmation occurs upon receipt of an email confirmation acknowledging the acceptance of the order.

4. Payments

4.1. Only payment by credit card through the online payment system is accepted in the Store.

4.2. Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment for the products and delivery costs.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery costs are provided to the Customer before placing an order.

5.2. Ordered products are delivered via courier services, such as Royal Mail or DPD.

5.3. The Store is not liable for delays in delivery caused by third parties or force majeure.

6. Returns and Complaints

6.1. The Store does not accept returns unless the product was damaged during transportation by Royal Mail or DPD.
